Although the Australian health insurance business is quite different to New Zealand's you could be forgiven for wondering about an online and direct future channel to complement the adviser distribution that they now have. That may give some other local sellers of health cover pause for thought.
TOWER tells me that they have a medium term distribution arrangement with NIB that enables them to keep selling the health insurance under their brand for some time to come.
