nib is going paperless - From 18 December, the way nib communicates with clients will begin to change. nib will move to sending all important policy information and updates to clients via email.
To confirm the change and to ensure we have the client’s correct email address, we have started sending some clients both a letter and an email about the change, and advising them what to do if they prefer to opt out of the change to email communication. Click here for more information.
