Here is an update to the insurance case featured on Fair Go a couple of months ago that was declined by Partners Life due to non-disclosure. It turns out that the man's medical records were, apparently, wrong. Will we have two episodes of Fair Go denouncing the doctor for their actions? Will the Minister appear to promise action? I doubt it. Nor should they, but neither should they have done those things to the insurance industry. Those in the insurance industry have some cause to feel that their reputation has been unfairly tarnished by this process.
