Russell founded Chatswood
Consulting. Russell is experienced at general management level with
major financial services firms, and managing director and non-executive
director level with distribution firms in New Zealand. Russell is the

Michael Larsen
Michael is a talented
copywriter, well-known freelance journalist, and author. His excellent
written communication experience has been employed in advertising, web
site developments, and investment statements in work for our clients.

Margaret
Stanley
Margaret is a project
consultant specialising in industry forums – our approach to
strategic initiatives that affect either the industry as a whole, or an
entire supply chain. She joined us with extensive expertise in consulting
from the UK.

Since joining the firm in
2006, Catie has become our office manager. During her time with us she
has become an integral member of the consulting team. Her attention to
detail makes her a real asset especially when we frequently manage a
number of projects concurrently.

Our database and visual
basic expert, Frances provides data analysis skills and supervises the
data capture and management work for larger quantitative research
projects.

Phillip Matthews
Phillip has decades of
experience both as a financial planner and industry manager. He was Chief
Executive of the pre-eminent industry association for five years. He leads
strategy in areas touched by regulation and investment product sales.
