Wow - Awesome National Bank

My friends at the National Bank prove that they understand customer service as well as new media, with a great response to my blog post on the old "remittance advice" issue.

NBNZ is going through a minor re-branding at the moment, and there’s a good chance we’ll be asked to make some changes to the various bits of collateral shortly. What I’ll do is get the technical people to change the report logic so that the words “remittance advice” are changed to “debit advice” whenever the sum at the bottom is less than zero.

Although, to be fair, even the best corporate needs time to do anything, so my correspondent adds:
