AMP and NZSA React to FMA Report

This article on Scoop states AMP are welcoming the FMA report into replacement life insurance. The FMA report  found that incentives such as travel had a significant effect on the likelihood of insurance policies being replaced. It also found that replacement was concentrated among a group of about 200 mainly RFAs that have high rates of lapse and new business. The NZ Shareholders' Associate says 'Insurance policy churn rates are 'a disgrace'
