Cancer Coverage Shock

What appears to surprise many policyholders will be familiar territory to most insurance advisers. Coverage for non-Pharmac cancer treatment varies considerably. Although many argue about the effectiveness and value of some of these treatments - especially given the very high costs that can be involved - what is hard to argue about is the customer expectation that the purpose of private medical coverage is precisely to cover treatments that are not covered by the public system.
