One hundred days from the announcement that we have a government (Friday last week) takes us to 28 January. Don't look for something as un-glamorous as the Financial Services Legislation Amendment Bill (FSLAB) to be passed in that time. Although I suspect that we cannot, in fairness, measure the 100 days from the 20th of October, or count every day of the week. A Labour-led government must surely abide by proper labour laws and respect holidays and the working conditions of parliamentarians. If we only count working days then we get to the 19th of March (I did that using this cool website). The FSLAB was thought to be passed in March, and being outside the 100 days, it still could be - just. I am interested to know, but it will take a while before anyone gets this low on the list. I look forward to hearing a new time-table in due course.
