Congratulations to Katrina Shanks on her appointment to the role of CEO of Financial Advice New Zealand. 

My admiration to both Fred Dodds and Rod Severn for their work, which will not quite be over, I’m sure. Rod’s operational capability helped the PAA to manage through a busy and challenging period. Fred always made engagement with members and the public look easy, yet we all know how demanding it is.
