AIA Reintroduce health scree

AIA have reintroduced Sovereign’s HealthScreen service under AIA’s brand. HealthScreen was first introduced as part of Sovereign’s efforts to better customer experience. The service was deemed successful as customers reported their experience as being highly effective; this was reiterated by the average customer rating being 4.6/5.

AIA made the executive decision to merge the best processes and procedures of both AIA and Sovereign when first integrating the two companies together. Through this, AIA is able to offer customers the “best of the best from the two companies”. HealthScreen nurses will visit AIA clients at home to draw blood, understand a client’s medical history, assess BMI and to take blood pressure readings; all things needed to ensure a seamless application process.

Although HealthScreen is a complimentary service, customers are not required to use it. Clients in Auckland, Ashburton, Blenheim, Bluff, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, Hastings, Invercargill, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Northern Waikato, Orewa, Palmerston North, Picton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Taupo, Timaru, Queenstown, Wanganui, Warkworth, Wellington, Wellsford, Whangaparoa, Whangarei are able to access the HealthScreen service.
