We offer basic, complex and full sale valuation services. Our valuation service follows a set procedure that works to assist clients with all aspects of valuing a business. A great tool if you want to prove value so that you can borrow, buy, sell, or offer staff incentives based on valuation. Our simple valuation service is designed to value the client base of one entity of up to 8 agencies. Our complex valuation service is designed to evaluate 9 – 20 agencies, across up to 3 entities.
The service entails the Chatswood team to engage in discussions with you or representative advisers, review client renewals and fee data, generate drafts and revisions and finally produce a valuation opinion letter and service call work on the case.
Using our database, we can complete the valuation service, provide a letter of advice, and offer after-service support. In cases where the expertise of a Chartered Accountancy firm is required, we integrate well with an accounting valuation approach.
Valuation is not a negotiation. The difficulty in valuing your business is to know what the right per group is, and how various indicators of quality – such as data, brand, commitment, systems, and staff are reflected in the value. Most of these should be reflected in the lapse rate – but some need to be tackled explicitly. It is important to neither double-count or to overlook factors.
Advisers looking to buy, sell, transfer
