Russell founded Chatswood Consulting Limited and co-founded Quality Product Research Limited, the company that runs Quotemonster. Russell is experienced at general management level with major financial services firms, and managing director and non-executive director level with distribution firms in New Zealand. Russell has broad general expertise as a director and experience with financial services compliance regimes and their requirements for management and directors of advice businesses. Russell is the driving force behind the Chatswood Consulting enterprise.
Kelly Pulham, BSR
Since joining the firm in 2009, Kelly graduated to become our Administration Manager, and now is employed primarily by Quality Product Research Limited to manage the growing user base and develop new advertising business on Quotemonster.
Her attention to detail makes her a real asset especially when we frequently manage a number of projects concurrently.
Frances Hutchinson, BEng
Our database and visual basic expert, Frances provides data analysis skills and supervises the data capture and management work for larger quantitative research projects.
Support staff provides database development, data entry, and accounting functions for us on larger projects.
Jerusalem Hibru, MMktg
Jerusalem is responsible for marketing services to advisers, including training, valuations, advice process guides, and digital advice strategy. Jerusalem is highly qualified in her field but new to the Chatswood team having joined us full time in March 2019.

Rob is our compliance consultant. With more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry Rob has had involvement in many compliance and regulatory projects. Rob has worked on a number of contracts with Chatswood, including a collaboration with KPMG, arising from changes to financial adviser, financial markets and financial service provider regulation.
Shaun Dowler, BE, PhD
Shaun specialises in digital, data-centric product development. In addition to expertise in data analysis, advanced analytics, visualisation and data governance, Shaun brings experience from the world of technology start-ups in the development of products from conception, scoping and design to testing. Shaun has worked on a number of projects with Chatswood, including development of a consumer insurance advice platform, building tools for risk management and market statistics reporting.
